Welcome to DrSathi (accessible via www.drsathi.in). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how DrSathi handles user information in the current version of our mobile application.
Presently, DrSathi operates strictly as a hyper-local healthcare directory. We do not require users to create an account, register, or log in to use the application. You can search for nearby doctors and hospitals freely without providing any personal credentials.
Since there is no login system, we do not collect or store personal identifiers like your name or email. With your permission, the app uses your device's location to filter and display nearby doctors and hospitals. This location data is used temporarily and is not stored on our servers.
Since the current version of DrSathi does not collect, store, or host user accounts or personal medical data on a remote database, we do not retain any personal data. Therefore, account or data deletion options are not applicable at this stage.
We do not sell, trade, or share any user information. Any standard background tools used for app stability or hosting handle non-personal technical data securely in accordance with industry standards.
We plan to introduce a secure login and user registration system in future updates of the application. When those features are launched, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. We advise you to review this page periodically.
For devices running Android 13 (API level 33) or higher, DrSathi explicitly requests the standard POST_NOTIFICATIONS runtime permission. This permission is used solely to deliver real-time system alerts, updates, and service reminders directly to your device interface. The unique registration tokens or notification pathways are handled securely and are never shared or linked to personal identifiers.
